Deego México abre fronteras y presenta el proyecto llamado PUZZLE STREET ART conlleva 12 exposiciones de 12 países donde participarán 96 diseñadores e ilustradores con diferentes técnicas. PUZZLE STREET ART se compone de 8 piezas del mismo o diferente material y pintadas por solo reconocidos 96 artistas de los 12 países participantes. OBJETIVOS: Difusión del arte en una original plataforma. Impulsar el arte gracias a los diferentes países. Interacción entre los 96 artistas participantes. Creación de libro de diseño sobre el proyecto. Involucrar a los 12 países participantes en proyectos artísticos y positivos. Los 12 países seleccionados para participar serán España, México, USA, Inglaterra, Chile, Argentina, Suecia, Australia, Malasia, Tailandia, Japón e Italia. Puede existir variación en los países participantes. Cabe mencionar que los 12 puzzle serán expuestas en los respectivos paises y posteriormente las 96 imagenes será incluidas en un libro. The project called STREET ART PUZZLE involved 12 exposures of 12 countries where 96 participating designers and illustrators with different techniques. STREET ART PUZZLE consists of 8 pieces of the same or different material and painted by 96 artists recognized only the 12 participating countries. OBJECTIVES: Dissemination of art in an original platform. Promote art from different countries. Interaction between the 96 participating artists. Creating design book on the project. Involving 12 countries participating in art projects and positive. En el marco de la primera jornada de inspiración y creatividad Inspiration Day + Diseño, Inspiration Fest invitó a estudiantes y profesionales de la ilustración, del diseño gráfico y afines, artistas, creativos y dibujantes en general, a participar con un personaje de su autoría de la convocatoria “Pequeño mundo de personajes!”.

Luckily, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the lovely Momiji crew all throughout 2010. After a year of dedicated hard work, I’m really proud and happy to announce the launch of my Book Club doll collection!

From left to right, I’d like to present: Danielle, Phoebe, Alex, Eve, Enid and Clarice.

I had a lot of fun designing this collection and I hope you all love them (and collect them XD) as much as I do. And how can’t you? This group of happy girls is passionate about literature!

Danielle loves cookbooks and she constantly daydreams about becoming a pastry chef.

Phoebe loves sci-fi books and stories about aliens.

Alex loves to read about magic, tarot and predicting the future.

Eve loves romantic stories, especially those involving redheads.

Enid loves to read about meditation.

Clarice loves pulp fiction, detective stories and trying to solve the mystery before the end.

Y bueno, perdido por perdido, decidí aunque sea escribir esto en mi blog, y es perdido porque yo intenté hacer algo por mi diseño, al tenerlo registrado (lo cual me permite demostrar que el diseño es obra mía), contacte abogados, envié carta documento y nada. No hubo caso.
Hace 2 meses me enteré por la hermana de un amigo que la casa de ropa muaa (http://www.muaa.com.ar) tenía un diseño en una billetera muy parecido a uno mío. Con lo cual de curiosa y dudando un poco de la situación me acerque a uno de los locales para descubrir con mucho agrado y alegría, que si, que ese personaje en la vidriera de un local horrible y dentro de una billetera horrible era una quimera de algo mío.

Ahí estaba mi osito en paracaídas, mutilado por un diseñador con pésimo gusto, en una billetera horrible, con colores horribles y estampado horrible.

Contacté a un abogado el cual envió cartas documento, tanto a la casa matriz como al local. Ambas cartas por alguna causa misteriosa regresaron con la leyenda “desconocido” y “se mudó” (porque ahora los locales mágicamente desaparecen de la noche a la mañana)

Hice lo que pude y como no logré nada por lo menos lo hago público. Por le podría pasar a cualquiera que pone amor y cariño en lo que hace para que después un diseñador o una empresa le robe el diseño y haga con el un desastre.

Ahora, me pregunto, tanto cuesta contactar a la persona que hizo el diseño para obtener los derechos por derecha, que es como debe ser, y más siendo esta una marca que se jacta de ser original, de ser una marca de tendencia con estilo propio. Siendo una empresa con ingresos elevados, que puede pagar por las estampas de la ropa que fabrica?

Creo que lo que me da más bronca de toda esta situación es la deformación y el mal gusto de la billetera. Esto fue hecho con maldad, se siente al verlo y al estar cerca.

Se que con postearlo acá no voy a lograr mucho más que el haberme sacado las ganas de escribirlo, pero hace 2 meses que estoy tratando de hacer algo y ya no encuentro más alternativas.

Único consejo, registren todo lo que hacen y quieran porque hay gente de mierda en todos lados y es la única manera de proteger lo que uno hace y quiere.
